For Size Issues, Exchanges, or If You Didn't Like the Product:

1. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
3. We offer refunds only in the form of coupon code and it will be sent to the customer's email id on the same day.
4. Please email us at chiccombinations1@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
5. Exchanged product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

 For Defective or Damaged Items:

1. A claim video is mandatory — it must be an opening video of the mentioned parcel, clearly showing the defect in the garment.
2. Claims without this opening video will not be accepted.
3. Email the video and your order details to chiccombinations1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
4. for damaged products we will provide the exchange to the customer.
5. replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
